Thank you for purchasing my file. Support is not compulsory for Envato authors, but it is provided out of good will. And support purpose is to help to understand how themes are work and direct customers to right way, It isn't make any customization. So please be patient & respectful and follow this steps how to resolve your issue:

  1. Read the theme documentation, you can get some helpful information from there.
  2. Please make sure you are using our theme with latest version and all plugin disabled then please active one by one then problem persist again post request.
  3. Visit FAQ page of the theme and check answers
  4. Use Forum Search function to find the issue that i resolved before.
  5. Please try to find some of similar issue and solutions in Screen Casts.
  6. If you make sure all of above steps then post request on support forum.

Squaregrid customization questions

    Hi,

    I have a few questions about the Squaredgrid theme.  I am trying to figure out how to customize it to show a portfolio of Applications in an attractive way.

    1. Is it possible to have the preview of an item in the squaregrid be different from the item that displays when it is clicked?  I had hoped to include an app icon and show a screenshot and link when it is clicked. To make a grid of my companies ten apps that links to their individual app pages.

    2. What format should linked media be in to allow a click to go to another page?  My links are resulting in a wait indicator that does not go away.


    3. I would like to display a contact form without a map, is this possible?

    Hello

    All your requests doesn't have right now. But we can add it on next updates. Do you really want to get it on next?
    1. Thumb images comes from featured image. Separated Themeton Featured images
    2. Link post format. When click on thumbs (closed) of link post format, it goes to another url.
    3. If you didn't added google map embed and featured image on your contact page, it would be show without any top section.

    Refund: If you already downloaded file from TF, you don't have a chance to get refund.

    The template is nice, doesn't fit for what I want to do with it but with some tweaking it really could make a cool page for an app developers gallery.

    The Google maps thing is going to be an issue for others, and I think
    the requests would help others adapt the code to their individual needs.

    I found another template. Might use the Squaregrid portfolio one again at some point for something else but I found one that fits better.
