Thank you for purchasing my file. Support is not compulsory for Envato authors, but it is provided out of good will. And support purpose is to help to understand how themes are work and direct customers to right way, It isn't make any customization. So please be patient & respectful and follow this steps how to resolve your issue:

  1. Read the theme documentation, you can get some helpful information from there.
  2. Please make sure you are using our theme with latest version and all plugin disabled then please active one by one then problem persist again post request.
  3. Visit FAQ page of the theme and check answers
  4. Use Forum Search function to find the issue that i resolved before.
  5. Please try to find some of similar issue and solutions in Screen Casts.
  6. If you make sure all of above steps then post request on support forum.

Scroll bar within posts/pages?

    Hi Themeton,

    Please could you tell me how I revert back to having a scroll bar in pages/posts. I want to have the same size height as before on pages/posts when clicked with scrolling text as was in v1.2?? at the moment my about me page now has enough depth to show all text but really only want to show minimal and have a manual drag and drop scroll bar allowing people to scroll and read. Please can you make your answer as straight forward as possible as still learning html/css and need to be treated like a dummy! lol maybe a video showing what to do if possible!

    Really sorry but I was happy with the clicked large post/pages as they were in v1.2 just want them to have a scroll bar! please help!!!

    You should overwrite old single.php (from v1.2) file on your theme.
    It has old scroll element :)

    Hi,

    Thanks, have tried that, by replacing the new 'single.php' with the old but seems the height of the new space for text is to short and now not displaying the minimal scroll bar as cutting off halfway up the vertical height of the box?? I will send a screen grab to your email so you can see what's happening. Probably just a bit of code I need to tweak, please can you let me know how I rectify this.

    Also sorry! I've embedded a video into one of my posts but dont want the video showing until you have clicked and entered the post, so still want a still image for feature image and then video when clicked on post, please can you help?

    Hi, I have decided to not include the scroll bars within posts as have sufficient room for text needed, but in most cases the redundant scroll is still showing? how can I get rid of the scroll bars as don't work??
