SquareGrid

squareGrid, strange behavoir of isotope

  • ciao!
in the 1.5.1 release of the theme squareGride i'm seeing a strange behavior of isotope.
by clicking on a square that becomes larger in three steps and not in a single one.  may be due because infinityscroll?
  • Can you show me that? It would be very nice for screenr ...

    Thanks
  • Seems I have a similar issue : http://www.stgermaindesarts.fr
But thumbnails don't move on my website (they stay front of the content I want to see)
  • It only shows on blog page. At the moment, single post loading sets own height after loading. And isotope didn't get any height value early loading section. Post height determined right after loading finish. And sets on post body their height value. Then isotope calculates height and pushes away other posts.

If you don't want to show it, you should set custom height on all posts, not an auto (which means related post content height). Also you have a chance to select portfolio template there.

    Thanks
  • I have the same problem. I want my posts to have auto height (not fixed), but I also don't want the thumbnails to obstruct the post while it's loading.

I know this is because the post height is determined after it's done loading, causing the thumbnails to move in the way during load time. But is there a way for the thumbnails to NOT MOVE until AFTER the post is finished loading? The problem is that the thumbnails are moving while the post is still loading, but if we can delay the thumbnails from moving until AFTER the post has finished loading, perhaps that would solve the problem.

    Is this possible?

    Thanks.
  • Okay, I will try, but I'm not really sure for it.
