Thank you for purchasing my file. Support is not compulsory for Envato authors, but it is provided out of good will. And support purpose is to help to understand how themes are work and direct customers to right way, It isn't make any customization. So please be patient & respectful and follow this steps how to resolve your issue:

  1. Read the theme documentation, you can get some helpful information from there.
  2. Please make sure you are using our theme with latest version and all plugin disabled then please active one by one then problem persist again post request.
  3. Visit FAQ page of the theme and check answers
  4. Use Forum Search function to find the issue that i resolved before.
  5. Please try to find some of similar issue and solutions in Screen Casts.
  6. If you make sure all of above steps then post request on support forum.

Squaregrid and MAMP

    Hello there,

    I purchased your awesome Squaregrid theme today, and was planning to pre-build my site local with mamp, before I put it up onto the hosting server.
    After the installation of mamp & WP, i can activate 2 different themes without problems. Allthough, when I activate the Squaregrid theme, I get a white screen without any error message.

    Are there at this point any known issues with mamp?

    I don't know what there happen. And I don't suspect your MAMP.
    Please remove the installed SG theme from theme directory and it goes to default theme.
    Then try to install it again. Also if still have problem you may install another server on your local. I'm using MAMP here on mac, it is fine :)

    I did what you tell me, and even installed a second version on another mac, both giving the white screens o' death
    I also use a mac, MAMP 2.2.1, WP 3.4.1, and its running on a OSX Lion 10.7.4

    I will try a mamp alternative, to check if that helps
