Above tutorila video is for downloading the old contents from your website.

You can upload it to the as you reinstall your theme.

As i told you before ,we made theme according to theme forest requirement specifically prevention of hack.

Hacker could user various many ways not only theme or some plugins which not included in theme. They could hack using by internet network.

what do you suggest? That i buy a new theme or build up nine again, do you have some similar theme? Will it be vulnerable for hack again? And if I dont update Visual baker directly when a new version come does that mean I must be scared for a new hack?
