1. Made related changes in your theme files and now mail chimp form come up with Mailchimp for WP plugin on your site.
2. Configured layout as exactly same as previous. See footer MC4WP/Form on your dashboard and modify form if you wish.
3. You need to register on mailchimp site and create a list. Then link that list to your local form. MC4WP/form==>Settings.

1. This form comes from tpl-footer-content.php file (see attachment #2). This looks horrible static code and there don’t have any functions. I’m ashamed of it :((. So please let me know which subscribe method do you wanna use and collect emails. Then I can design/configure form as same as this design. Just install the plugin and let me know.

2. Where did you add you icon image? It’s only icon and which doesn’t have any functionality. So please provide some JS approach with wrapper tag. We’re using UIKIT library which has it’s own functions. Please take a look at it and make some relevant changes on your icon wrap.

1. Copyright icon: We’ve set Montserrat font on footer copyright text but Icon (FontAwesome) font family overwritten with it. Then I increased a line of css higher hierarchy on Customize=>CSS. Now you can use any type of FA class icon on footer.

2. Vertical text hiding: Purpose of hiding this text is simple and efficient for other customers. Most of the time people insert there longer text on this which need to be hidden on mobile (smaller & specially on Landscape screens) screen to prevent overlapping the area and need to be nest everything and clean as possible. So I’ve enabled that text all the time and please take a look and see how it performs. If you don’t like it, please just remove latest css line from Custom css updates on Customize panel.
