Blox Content Builder Not Showing Up

The blox content builder is no longer showing up. How do I correct this?

I saw on other items you corrected for others and I need to get it fixed as soon as possible. Thanks1

I was able to update the blox.js file via FTP, but it still doesn’t seem to be working. When I click the Blox Content Builder, nothing happens. Do I need to do something within WordPress? Thanks

Hello again!

I’ve fixed your issue of blox content builder now. So, I’ve installed WPIDE plugin on your WordPress because, I’ve replaced blox.js.

Please check your pages and website. But please don’t forget the refresh and clean cache your browser then your website and page will work fine.

Think I am having same issue. I see the option to click it, but noting happens. Any ideas?

Hello, @tobyharriman

First of all, Thank your for purchased our theme really appreciate it. So, Please follow these several step and you can configure it.

1. Go to the cooler\framework\Pagebuilder\js\blox.js

2. I’ve uploaded new blox.js zip file.

3. Please replace old blox.js while I uploaded new blox.js file.

Then it will work fine. If it doesn’t work please let me know immediately.
