If I upload logo it disappear. I can only ad it in ultimat page template but cannot modify header high and logo size so it strech and have no logo in post.

This is a known issue and fixed on previous updates. This is a 1.0.1 version there and you need to update current (1.3.0) version. Please update your theme there.
