Child Theme issue

Installed Mana Child. Somehow all text except for navbar ended up being #fff despite what was set in settings. Switched to regular Mana. Then if I try to switch back it says welcome to mana, but it’s still on Mana, not child.

Help?

Hello

I have found an issue. After deactivated the header and footer, IMPress for IDX Broker,Page Builder by SiteOrigin,Qode Instagram Widget,Qode Twitter Feed,WP-Property plugin.

Child theme is activated. One of those plugins encounters with child theme.

Thanks, but text on all pages is still #fff.

It’s coming from here- where do I turn that off? And why doesn’t it show up in theme options?

I really wonder that you have put Visual composer shortcodes on the home page that’s why theme option doesn’t affect.

These are visual composer short codes. if you know it ,mana theme is based on the blox editor page builder. Visual composer page builder is different.

But i added css code on your customize’s custom css to change text color.

Another person had started the site using a theme that uses VC. I like VC but I wasn’t happy with the theme overall and hadn’t gotten round to cleaning it out. Would be nice if VC worked on Mana.

You can set the VC and mana might be compatible with VC.

You can try it. After install, press the backend editor button.

Elements will be shown as you press backend editor.
