The confusing thing here is that the allowed memory size appears to be 4GB… And it’s only trying to allocate 2MB. I believe this is the same issue making your customizer not work, I’ll bounce this off the developer and see where we land.

First thing you’ll want to try is increasing the memory, apparently it is a common issue. Open up wp-config.php and right after ?php add this:

define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '64M');

if this doesn’t work you’ll need to have your company go into the php.ini and increase the memory limit that way.

If that doesn’t do the trick, try setting permissions of the WordPress filesystem to 777 (recurring, so all files inside) as some servers won’t allow writing to the files without 777 permissions.
