Ive been having problems lately with duplicate posts showing up on my page. I’ve tried going in and deleting the post and featured image, then re-posting and the same thing happens. It is happening with many different images and posts. Can you possibly help me rectify this?  (I have not altered the CSS or anything)

Threat adds new posts those provided from api and feed. And if you execute your threat multiple times you get duplication with same posts with new post IDs.

I found the method that checking post title existing there, internet source.
Seems need to implement this kind of update for the plugin. Please stay tuned and update your plugin on next week.

Note: This will check post title and add posts if there don’t have any post that same as new one. Won’t add missing featured image.
