I’d like the top-bar fixed, not scrolling. Is it possible to set top-bar to get te same behaviour of the logo and main-menu container?

Thank you for buying  our theme.

1.Unclick the “Header fixed at top bar option” at customize’s  theme header option.

2.As i understand, you wanted to set top bar and main menu in  same level at one container. It is not possible.

Could you more clarify the your question?
