When I am on another site, like:

http://www.ugandakreis.de/wp/wasserprojekt/

and I use the X-Button (linking to: http://www.ugandakreis.de/wp/#projekte) I always get to …#contact. Anyway: always When I am refreshing the Home-Page it leads me to “#contact”. Why?
