When the amount of links in the menu (which include submenu items) exceeds what can be shown on screen it does not allow you to scroll down and see the rest of the links in the menu.

Is there a way to correct the scrolling OR have the site use a different menu for mobile (right now it uses the same primary menu for both desktop and mobile experiences).
