I created what I wanted within the forms and added it to my site, including the email that I wanted it to go to. By default it showed my email, but I changed it to whom I want this information to go to instead. The message when I sent it, said it was sent successfully but I nor my co worker has received any emails yet. Is there a step that I missed? Also I added my co worker as a user within the site, with administrative access, thinking that would solve the problem but not so much luck. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I personally had issues getting contact forms to send on a client’s website and it was due to GoDaddy being well… GoDaddy, so I switched it to send emails via SMTP and used my Google Apps for Business account. Works a lot better and doesn’t rely on your host either.

It may have been someone else but I believe you said your company is hosting the website on a private server, this could be why mail isn’t working so just check out the article I linked.

We are using Hostgator, not sure if you have heard any issues using them? But I have experienced issues with Godaddy and the contact form, and you described it perfectly. Also I have a two more topics that I sent in today, and I also emailed you. If you wouldn’t mind going to the topic, for Just updated plugins and now I can’t access WP-Admin. I would really appreciate it. Since I updated the plugins, or so I thought a Fatal Error is popping up and I cant get into the back end. =/
