We checked and imported demo data file in our web and it is working fine. Then we tried to import demo file to your website by not only one click demo data method but also dashboard—tools– import option method (wordpress standard option).  Both methods don’t work.  We guess that it is related to your web hosting services.

Secondly, we buy and use visual composer plugin in our selling themes. It means that we use the visual composer plugin and additional ultimate addons only usage for our selling themes with license. In this case, it is better to buy visual composer plugin and receive the purchase code.
