1 save my child theme locally (with filezilla?)
2 uninstall child theme
3 reinstall the same child theme I saved locally and deleted?

I have added the code exactly as you wrote but the error message is still there.
you wrote ‘.lates-work’ I also tried adding ‘t’ to latest in case this was the problem- .latest-work same problem.
I have tried adding and removing !important; after none but still the error is there. I have also tried to add latest-work as a class name in case this was the issue but it still does not fix the error.

Can someone please assist with this issue as after 3 days we are not 1 step closer.
The demo data as I said in my initial post has been installed and works fine however the error text is also on the demo portfolio slider as I said..

The issue is not uploading the dummy data..I have already done that. I do not want to overwrite the current data I have by re uploading the dummy data .

I have also tried and logged in successfully using the details I sent. I log in fine from different browsers using the details I give to you each time.
To eliminate errors can you please just literally copy and paste the username and password as I have reset them again with a simple access this time.

when I click add element, portfolio, save with the dummy text, the error is already there.
