monsrudParticipantSUPPORT EXPIRED Please update your purchase codeI finally figured this out. First, I got a refund on the product. On the same day, I realized that I could upgrade my php version on godaddy within their managment tool. After I did this, the theme installed cleanly. Afterwards, I re-purchased the product.

monsrudParticipantSUPPORT EXPIRED Please update your purchase codeSo, I tried the patch. This led to another error with add_filter. I simply commented that one out. That led me to class.tgm.plugin.activation.php where the following lines errored.
function tgmpa( $plugins, $config = array() ) {
foreach ( $plugins as $plugin ) {
–> $GLOBALS[‘tgmpa’]::$instance->register( $plugin );
}
if ( $config ) {
–> $GLOBALS[‘tgmpa’]::$instance->config( $config );
}
}

monsrudParticipantSUPPORT EXPIRED Please update your purchase codeAt this point, this theme is not working for me even though my configuration meets the requirements. I no longer want to purchase this product if I cannot install it. How do I obtain a refund?

monsrudParticipantSUPPORT EXPIRED Please update your purchase codeI have several wordpress sites up and running. I haven’t had this kind of issue with any of the other themes I’ve installed. It seems like the function in question (add_filter) is one that is native to WordPress but the gridx theme cannot find it.

monsrudParticipantSUPPORT EXPIRED Please update your purchase codeGetting the same thing. I confirmed I have version 1.1.4 ./style.css:Version: 1.1.4

If I add ftp user/pass info (which I really, really prefer not to do) to the topic info section, is this information kept private ?

monsrudParticipantSUPPORT EXPIRED Please update your purchase codeThe error just moved a couple of lines on the new install. Still erroring on add_filter.

Is the block you think I should remove “public function customize_controls_init”? If I do that, I get another error later:

monsrudParticipantSUPPORT EXPIRED Please update your purchase codeI re-installed. I guess the error is this:
error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home/content/98/6648998/html/wwwnew.experiencesouthwest.com/wp-content/themes/gridx/framework/classes/class.wp.customize.php on line 109
Same function though.
