We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Product Support Specialist to join the Themeton team. In this role, you will assist customers with product-related questions, provide technical guidance, and ensure a smooth experience before and after purchase. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, communication, and helping users succeed.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries related to products, setup, and usage
- Provide clear and helpful support through tickets, email, or support platforms
- Assist customers with installation, customization, and basic troubleshooting
- Identify recurring issues and communicate feedback to the product team
- Maintain accurate and professional communication with customers
- Help improve documentation and support resources based on user needs
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective support
Requirements
- Experience in customer support, technical support, or a related role
- Basic understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, WordPress, or templates
- Strong written communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and friendly manner
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple requests
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting digital products or themes/templates
- Familiarity with WordPress, Elementor, or website builders
- Experience with ticketing or helpdesk systems
- Knowledge of ThemeForest or similar marketplaces
