Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior UI/UX Designer to join Themeton’s product team. In this role, you will lead the design direction of our premium themes and templates, creating intuitive, visually refined, and user-focused experiences used by a global audience.
You will work closely with developers, product managers, and content teams to transform ideas into polished digital products that balance usability, aesthetics, and performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead UI and UX design for premium themes, templates, and digital products
- Create user-centered designs, wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI layouts
- Translate business goals and user needs into effective design solutions
- Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure accurate design implementation
- Maintain and evolve design systems, components, and style guidelines
- Review and improve existing designs based on feedback and usability insights
- Ensure consistency, accessibility, and modern design standards across products
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
- Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design
- Experience designing responsive web interfaces
- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and visual consistency
Nice to Have
- Experience designing themes or templates for marketplaces
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or frontend workflows
- Experience working with design systems
- Knowledge of accessibility and usability standards
